The Holacracy Experience
Holacracy is a leading-edge practice for organizing and governing collective performance. By integrating the value of different types and perspectives, it aims to unleash the full human and organizational potential. Aligning explicit structure with natural forms of living and working together, Holacracy enables rapid organizational evolution in response to conditions of increasing turbulence, uncertainty and complexity.

Are you going to this Hokai?
We've been using Holacracy at Falling Fruit for the past few months (hey, I should blog about that), and it has been extremely useful. Most of the staff went to a half-day introduction, and then several weeks later we flew out Brian and Tom and we did a two-day custom training with them, focusing on all of the core practices of Holacracy. Ever since then (3 or so months ago) we've been deepening the practice together, and it has been pretty fantastic. Anyway, I should blog more about it.
Yeah, you should blog about that. I'm sure it's exciting putting new organizational practices into action and see them produce first fruits. Sadly, I'm not in position to travel at this point. Still recovering from visiting US in June.:-)
